One of my very favourite things about living in Switzerland is the four very distinct seasons. Although I am always a little sad to say goodbye to the warmer and more relaxed days of summer, I am excited to get my scarves and boots out and get out and enjoy the magical autumn season.
The landscape is beginning to reveal its autumn personality as the leaves change from green to vibrant reds, orange and gold. The morning air is crisp, and the lake and countryside will soon be covered in a sleepy fog.
But most importantly, it is still a great time of year to get outside and explore everything Switzerland has to offer!
Here on the blog this week join me in exploring my top five “Autumn in Switzerland” favourites:
- Monday, we will talk all about the fog.
- Tuesday we will get our hiking boots on.
- Wednesday we visit a pumpkin farm.
- Thursday we explore the Swiss Castles
- Friday will be about chestnuts.
I would love to hear from you as well!
What’s on your top 5 list of Autumn in Switzerland?
