By using this website or purchasing a digital product from z’Nüni, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site or buy the product. I may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
About the product
The Swiss Food Map is a digital product: a curated Google Map of food and drink recommendations across Switzerland, delivered together with a downloadable PDF guide. It is a personal, editorial collection — restaurants, cafés, bakeries, markets and similar — chosen by me. It is not a comprehensive directory, a booking service, or professional advice of any kind.
Accuracy of information
I keep the map as current as I reasonably can, but details change. Opening hours, prices, menus, addresses and whether a place is still trading can all shift without notice. Always double-check current details directly with the venue before relying on them. I make no warranty that every entry is accurate or available at any given moment, and the recommendations are my personal opinion, offered in good faith. If you spot something out of date, tell me and I’ll fix it.
How recommendations are chosen
Every place on the map is there because I’ve eaten there myself, or because it comes recommended by a local contributor I trust — and each pin is marked so you know which is which. No business can pay to appear on the map. On the rare occasion I’ve received a free meal, a place only earns a spot if I returned and paid for it myself and would happily go back. Where any content elsewhere on z-nuni.com is sponsored or produced in partnership with a brand, I label it clearly. This site also uses affiliate links; where it does, the opinions remain my own.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). As a small business below the Swiss VAT registration threshold, I do not charge VAT. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you confirm your order. Payment is taken in advance, at checkout, via the payment methods offered on the site (card payments processed by Stripe). By submitting payment you confirm you’re authorised to use the payment method provided.
Digital delivery
This is a digital product with no physical shipment. Access is provided immediately after your purchase is confirmed, through a download and/or a link to the map. Please make sure the email address you give at checkout is correct, as that’s where your confirmation and access details are sent.
Refunds
The Swiss Food Map is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing your order, you agree to immediate access and expressly waive any right of withdrawal. For this reason, all sales are final and no refunds are given once access has been provided. If you have a technical problem accessing the map or the PDF, contact me at hello(at)z-nuni.com and I will try and make it right.
Personal use only
Your purchase is for your own personal use. The map and PDF may not be copied, resold, redistributed, published, or shared publicly in whole or in part. The content remains my intellectual property.
Liability
All information is provided for general use and is my personal opinion. You use it at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for any loss, cost, or disappointment arising from the use of the map, the PDF, or this website — including a venue being closed, changed, or different from your expectations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Availability
I aim to keep the site and product available at all times, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond my control. I’m not liable for any period of unavailability.
